The oil tanker "NPS Archer" has been bombed by a limpet charge in the Mediterranean Sea. Top Millitary officials claim that a Pirate Cell called the "Thracians" tried to board the ship, and when the sailors deployed anti boarding tactics, the Pirates placed a charge and detonated it. Thousands of gallons of refined oil are spewing from the ship, 4 crew members were killed. The Aircraft carrier NPWS "DEFENDER" is en route to project stability and power in the region. The New Palisade Defence chief has released another update on the conflict in the Mediteranean. The NPWS "Defence" along with an escort fleet has begun sweeps of the Sea in hopes of catching the Pirates responsible for the bombing of the NPS "Archer". At this time, the suspects are still at large, but the Defense Cheif claims that they will be apprehended within the week, and charged at the full extent of the New Palisade justice system.
