Phoenix Partners had a declining population from 35 to 28 nations, because of inactive nations. In June, the Indoinastani and Phoenixian government had to do something about it. They did something that increased the Phoenix population from 28 nation to 3x the amount! This was probably from the greater good for the region and the joining nation, as it boosted the influence and power of Phoenix Partners, and the nation could have an active RP region, with a diverse community.
